Oklahoma Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics

The Oklahoma Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (OK-LSAMP STEM) is a consortium of Oklahoma colleges and universities working together to develop programs that increase the number of students from under-represented populations who receive degrees in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. OK-LSAMP STEM, which is funded through a grant by the National Science Foundation, is part of a national system of programs.
OK-LSAMP STEM offers undergraduates financial support; faculty mentoring and research opportunities; support to present research at local, regional, and national conferences and meetings; networking contacts; tutoring; and many other services.
