Online Integrated Common Manual (ICM) - The Common Manual is pleased to provide the Integrated Common Manual to give you the most up-to-date policy information available. The Integrated Common Manual is updated monthly with policies approved by the Governing Board the previous month.
Common Manual Web site
The new Common Manual Web site is user-friendly and is available for all student loan program participants to access the integrated Common Manual and related documents. All Federal Family Education Loan participants are encouraged to use this site.
"Tips and Tricks" - PDF document that explains the shortcuts to using the electronic versions of the Common Manual.
Training Briefs - The Common Manual's Policy Committee develops Training Briefs on an ongoing basis as educational tools to help clients maximize the use of the Common Manual.
