HCERA was signed into law March 30, 2010. As a direct result of this legislation, OGSLP will not guaranty new loans after June 29, 2010. We'll continue to honor obligations under all our Lender Agreements for all loans in our portfolio until those loans have been paid in full, subrogated, assigned or otherwise satisfied.
