About Us
In 1965, the Oklahoma State legislature created the Oklahoma Guaranteed Student Loan Program (OGSLP) to ensure that financial considerations did not prevent Oklahoma citizens from realizing their post-secondary educational goals. Operating as part of the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education, OGSLP serves as the primary guarantor of federal student loans for Oklahoma students and post-secondary institutions.
OGSLP participates in the Federal Family Education Loan Program (FFELP) and guarantees four types of federal loans: Subsidized Federal Stafford Loans, Unsubsidized Federal Stafford Loans, Federal PLUS Loans and Federal Consolidation Loans.
OGSLP is dedicated to providing outstanding customer
