OGSLP Annual Conference on June 7

Revised Federal Consolidation Loan Documents

In DCL FP-07-03, the Department of Education (ED) announces and includes the revised Federal Consolidation Loan Application and Promissory Note and related documents approved by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). [ Click here to read more on new forms. ]

Option for City College Students

OGSLP was notified that effective March 16, 2007, City College closed. However, the school worked closely with Platt College to create an option for most students to complete their program of study at Platt College in Moore beginning March 26, 2007. Students were made aware of their program options. Borrowers or lenders who need information about the closed school student loan discharge process should contact Kim Elston in our Policy, Compliance and Training department at 405.234.4487 or by email at kelston@ogslp.org.

A. A school must offer a late delivery of Stafford loan funds that the borrower was eligible to receive while the student was still enrolled during a payment period or period of enrollment that the student successfully completed.
