2005 Electronic Common Manual
Great news! An early edition of the July 2005 Electronic Common Manual is now available on OGSLP's Web site.

Look for information in an upcoming Online Newsletter about the release of the Common Manual e-Collection. In addition to the Common Manual, the e-Collection CD ROM includes the Federal Student Aid Handbook, NCHELP Integrated Regulations and many other useful resources.
