ED Publishes Official Guidance for Late Disbursements Beyond the 120-Day Period

Official guidance has been provided by the Department of Education (ED) concerning late disbursements beyond the 120-day period in GEN-05-07. In this Dear Colleague letter, you will find detailed guidance and instructions. As you will recall in our February 2005 online newsletter, OGSLP provided earlier guidance that was presented by ED at an electronic access conference.
