Cash for College to Air Jan. 27
The OETA Network will telecast the 2004 edition of Cash for College on Tuesday, January 27 from 8-9 p.m. The Cash for College Content Committee has met twice and has made great progress in sculpting the types of messages we want to deliver to students and parents. We want to emphasize how truly accessible postsecondary education is in Oklahoma and to encourage students to pursue their dreams. The application process for both federal, and state financial aid programs will be discussed along with specific types of programs that are available to Oklahoma students and parents. >>Read more on Cash for College .

College Goal Sunday set for 2-4 p.m., Feb. 8
The College Goal Sunday team, coordinated by Rick Edington from OGSLP, is moving forward on finalizing the details for this year's College Goal Sunday event. Despite inclement weather last year, over 1,000 students and parents took advantage of the opportunity to visit one of the 32 CGS campus sites in the state for assistance with the federal student aid application process. Students and parents also had the chance to speak to student services staff and academic support staff, as well as admissions counselors. >>Read more College Goal Sunday.
