Training Brief
Attached is the fifth and sixth in a series of Training Briefs developed by the Common Manual Policy Committee. The fifth brief contains simple instructions for the download of the monthly update of the Integrated Common Manual (ICM). The sixth brief contains an explanation of the content of the ICM and assists the reader to understand how and why the ICM serves as a better tool for researching current policy issues.

Policy Modification
The Common Manual Governing Board recently approved changes that modified policies contained in the July 2003 version of the Common Manual. These changes are identified in OGSLP’s Common Manual Update (CM-78).
