Retirement of Usagroup.com Website Effective July 12th 2002: Current NetWizard users have already been notified of this change, but OGSLP would like to make all of our clients aware that as of July 12th 2002 the www.usagroup.com website was officially retired. When attempting to access NetWizard services you will need to access the www.salliemae.com website and follow new procedures.

Common Manual Update: The Common Manual Governing Board recently approved changes that modify policies contained in the July 2002 version of the Common Manual. These changes are identified in OGSLP's Common Manual Update (CM-65).

Special Allowance Rates: The U.S. Department of Education (ED) has released the special allowance rates for the quarter ending June 30, 2002. The average of the bond equivalent rates of the 91-day Treasury bills auctioned during this quarter ending is 1.75 percent. The average of the bond equivalent rates of the quotes of the 3-month commercial paper (financial) rates in effect for each of the days in this quarter ending is 1.84 percent.

OLAC Meeting: The Oklahoma Lender Advisory Council quarterly meeting is scheduled for 9:30 am, Wednesday, July 31, 2002. The meeting will be held at OGSLP's office located at 421 NW 13th, Oklahoma City, OK.

OGSLP School / Lender Conference 2002: Once again OGSLP would like to express how much we enjoyed putting together this year's conference for our school and lender clients.
